As the Vice President, Yusuf is in charge of overseeing internal operations of the AMCC board to make sure everything is getting done. He checks in with board members to make sure everyone is on task and also helps in organizing task sheets and committees. With his experience as AMCC's historian in the previous year, Yusuf is also known as "The Owl" of AMCC for his wisdom and knowledge of how things ran both in person in 2019 and virtually in 2020. He's also called The Owl due to his late night classes/nocturnal homework habits and huge eyes.

Yusuf is currently a 3rd year student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities going for a Bachelors of Science in Product Design with a focus in User Experience, along with a minor in Management, but enjoys learning from different fields of study as well. In his spare time, Yusuf enjoys producing music (placed 2nd in the UMN Beats Contest), listening to podcasts, watching shows, walking and biking, getting out of the house to run errands or explore, perusing the internet for products he definitely can't afford, building Gundam, journaling occasionally, conceptualizing and writing stories, sleeping, drinking water, and writing autobiographies in third person.
